By today, we’ve all experienced THE BEST BAZAAR and are ever-grateful to our patrons, our volunteers, our ministers…our entire Sangha for the success of our Annual Event! Now is the time when all hands are needed on deck to clean and polish everything so that we can get our regularly scheduled programming back on track by Wednesday!

Please come out for the day or even for an hour or two — we greatly appreciate any and all help and we will happily sign off on volunteer hours for students and scouts! Use this link to let us know we can count on you!

Please be sure to wear closed-toe shoes; bring a hat, work gloves, an apron and a water bottle to stay hydrated! We’ll be taking down the big tent covering, putting away lanterns, washing tubs and equipment, power-washing floormats, washing/drying dishes, packaging leftover ingredients, putting anything and everything away in their assigned storge spaces! Lunch will be provided!

Bring a friend or two and make some news ones! It takes tons of help to put on our Bazaar each year and we’re not finished until the clean-up is complete. Monday is our back-up day if we don’t finish on Sunday, so please come out, One and All! Thank you!
