Spring Ohigan Dharma Service

Join us in person in the Main Hondo or virtually via YouTube or Facebook Live.

"Spring Ohigan" refers to a special observance held around the Spring Equinox, which is a time for reflection and meditation on the concept of "crossing over to the other shore" (Ohigan), symbolizing the transition from suffering in this life to the Pure Land of Amida Buddha, signifying a moment of balance and harmony in nature, mirroring the ideal state of spiritual enlightenment; it's a time to remember and pay respects to deceased loved ones while focusing on the teachings of compassion and the Buddha's boundless grace.

Join us and welcome special guest speaker Rev. Jay Shinseki.
